SIPA AV Training

SIPA Hyflex Room Virtual Tour

Online AV training is available for users below. In-person training requests must be submitted at least two days in advance. Users will receive a confirmation when the AV staff and a classroom are available. A key may be requested after training for use during a semester. 

SIPA Hyflex Classrooms

Hyflex classrooms at SIPA provide instructors with integrated system for hybrid teaching. ePodiums are equipped with a Windows personal computer, touch screen monitor, lapel microphones and controls for cameras and presentation. The rooms include a large monitor for viewing remote audience, projector, ceiling microphones and ceiling speakers. Smaller classrooms have only one camera at the back of the room. Non-Hyflex Setup

Instructors can use their personal laptops at the ePodium for teaching and presentation in a SIPA eRoom. Using personal systems does not allow for use of microphone and speakers in the classrooms.
