Rate Card: AV Support for Events 1512

1512 event

SIPA 1512 conference room is located at 420 West 118th Street on the east side of 15th floor. The medium size conference room has a capacity of 60. SIPA AV supports events Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm during the academic year.

 

Users must make room reservation in EMS, and then submit  an AV request online for the event 5 business days in advance of the event. SIPA AV staff will review the request and send a confirmation for a standard event. 

Standard AV setup includes the use of smartboard for PowerPoint and video presentations, PC/e-Podium with personal laptop, up to 4 microphones and ceiling mics for audience. An AV technician will set up the event only. For events requiring livestreaming, a consultation is required 5 business days in advance of the event.
