Welcome to SIPA IT Policy Library. This library is a repository for policies administered by the Office of Information Technology. Students, staff and faculty are subject to the Columbia University and SIPA IT policies. Please familiarize yourself with policies especially those that govern Email, Network use, data security and compliance. SIPA IT policies observe and supplement CUIT policies, as needed.
