Human Resources

The SIPA Human Resources Office (SIPAHR) oversees administrative recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation and time and attendance tracking, and academic and non-academic appointments, as well as leaves and salary administration. We also serve as a liaison between SIPA’s faculty, staff, students and other affiliates, and other central units at Columbia including Columbia University Human Resources (CUHR), the CU Payroll Office, the Provost’s Office, and the Columbia Temporary Staffing Office, among others.
