SIPA event space, room 1501 is located at 420 West 118th Street on the 15th floor. The conference room has a capacity of 120. SIPA AV supports events Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm during the academic year.

Users must make room reservation in EMS, and then submit  an AV request online for the event 5 business days in advance of the event. SIPA AV staff will review the request and send a confirmation for a standard event. The rental rates are inclusive of standard event support, furnishings, and audiovisual services.

Standard AV setup includes the use of video wall for PowerPoint and video presentations, e-Podium with a Windows laptop, 5 microphones, video recording, and one camera for Zoom. An AV technician will set up the event only.

For events requiring multiple cameras, and livestreaming, a consultation is required 5 business days in advance of the event. Extra personnel and AV services are available at an additional cost.
