The Committee on Instruction at SIPA

The graduate curricula for the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), along with all related policies, are governed by the Committee on Instruction (COI). This committee reviews and approves all new courses that SIPA students may take for degree credit, as well as all new programs of study and any modifications to existing programs. The COI also establishes academic policies that shape the graduate academic experience. Composed of the academic faculty directors, two student representatives from SIPASA, and receives support from academic deans and various administrators from the school.
