There was a real sense of collaboration, and a depth of subject matter expertise that made it easy for me to be more hands off when my work schedule was filled up. They took direction well and anticipated my questions — in one meeting leading up to the final presentation, I gave some feedback on what I thought could be a valuable addition to the final report, and the team pointed out that it had been addressed on the very next page!

Absolutely top marks for the team. They were tasked with an extremely difficult topic and tackled it expertly. The final report is well-structured, adheres well to our style of organization, and does an admirable job capturing a highly technical subject for a general audience. Their written communication between meetings was very professional, always setting up the following meeting for success. The team solicited feedback and guidance throughout the process and clearly acted on it. I could tell there was very strong collaboration within the team, including effective delegation of tasks and no individual egos at play. Really well done.

Responsibilities appeared to be shared equitably, and each member contributed meaningfully to the final output. They were very engaged in the project and were able to distill complex, technical material into a practical and useful report within a short span of time. They put extra effort into the project beyond the original ask, which was visible in the quality of the final deliverables. The team delivered a well-organized and thorough project. The written deliverable was clear, relevant, and of high quality, and the final presentation was polished and effectively communicated key findings. The deliverables will add tremendous value to partners and stakeholders looking at supporting stakeholder engagement strategies for direct potable reuse. Overall, this was an excellent engagement.

They grasped the economic problem posed to them and did an exceptionally good job at narrowing down case studies which provided new evidence to support their thesis.
