Great team! The way they divided up the work was very logical, though it was clear that they didn't silo off from one another. There was a real sense of collaboration, and a depth of subject matter expertise that made it easy for me to be more hands off when my work schedule was filled up. They took direction well and anticipated my questions -- in one meeting leading up to the final presentation, I gave some feedback on what I thought could be a valuable addition to the final report, and the team pointed out that it had been addressed on the very next page!

The work clearly showed the SIPA 2023 Capstone Team’s ability to coalesce information and deliver products that were well thought out and reflected a new perspective.
