The Office of Academic Affairs supports the scholarship, teaching, and research of the faculty of the School of International and Public Affairs. In doing so, the office oversees curriculum and course planning, academic policies and procedures, instructional support, faculty and research appointments, faculty governance, and academic initiatives of the School.
The Office also manages the administration of appointments, reviews, promotions, and leaves for officers of instruction and research; supports the work of faculty governance committees; coordinates curriculum governance processes; administers faculty research support programs; and fulfills the School's institutional reporting responsibilities.
