Options for Change: Policy-Making in the Kyrgyz Republic

The purpose of this workshop was to examine policy-making in the Kyrgyz Republic using a structured and rigorous methodology that would lead to several short-term and long-term recommendations. The Kyrgyz policy environment was compared to that of France, Croatia and Georgia in order to understand how it is performing when compared to other semi-presidential and transitional democracies.
