Private Resources for Industry (PRI) Project Development is an international project development and financial advisory firm that helps companies and institutions prepare proposals for financing with an eye to comprehensive business and project information and market, management and technology preparedness. SIPA students were asked to create a project proposal to launch a Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) program in Nigeria, a country that has both the human and natural resources to build a prosperous economy that meets the health, education and infrastructure needs of its population. However its most binding constraint is the scarcity of local-borne expertise and skills.
