Building Successful Public-Private Partnerships in Sao Paulo's Transportation Sector

The São Paulo office of the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group (C40), which works in partnership with the Clinton Climate Initiative committed to implementing climate-related programs, set a goal to deliver an Urban Moblity Plan, which would promote alternative transportation options to lower congestion and reduce carbon emissions in Sao Paulo. The SIPA team assisted the client to assess the plan, address financial limitations, identify best practices and develop guidelines for building public-private partnerships.
