Upcoming Recruitment Events

Hello readers! Brianne here. I'm back to inform you on some upcoming recruitment events both virtually and in-person to keep your eye out for.

First and foremost, Columbia SIPA's application is live! It's open! You can apply right now! Make sure to keep in mind the deadlines for the program and cycle that you are interested in.

I'm excited to introduce our new Program Assistants (PAs) soon, who are current SIPA students that will be helping out in admissions. If you're applying for SIPA's MIA or MPA programs for the Spring or Fall 2023 terms, you will likely speak with them. They've been in your shoes during this process and will have incredible advice for you as you apply. Keep an eye out for their intro posts in the upcoming few weeks.

While we begin to add the PAs to our blog, we have additional options to get you connected with us to learn more about Columbia SIPA.

• If you already started a SIPA application and have questions about the process, I recommend checking out our office hours to meet one on one with a staff member or program assistant. Those options can be found here.
• If you want to learn more about Columbia SIPA, I recommend signing up for an information session. We offer them virtually on Tuesdays (either 9am or 6pm EST) or in-person at Columbia on Fridays at 12pm. You can sign up here.
• If you want to learn about Columbia SIPA with other policy schools, we have someone online events available through APSIA, PPIA, and G4 this fall. Additionally, we are going to be traveling domestically to major cities for Idealist in-person graduate fairs. You can find out if we are traveling to a city near you here.
