In Memoriam: Isaac Rauch MPA ’17

SIPA remembers Isaac Rauch, a 2017 MPA graduate in the International Finance and Economic Policy concentration and son of Lisa Anderson, who served as dean of SIPA from 1996 to 2008. Isaac passed away on February 14, 2020, at the age of 29. He worked as an analyst at Moody's, specializing in municipal finance. Isaac was also involved in the participatory budgeting process and with numerous not-for-profit organizations in Brooklyn, where he lived. Among his greatest joys was his wide circle of friends, many of whom he had known since they were at the Bank Street Family Center.
