Congratulations to the eight SIPA students selected to join the Presidential Management Fellows Class of 2019!

This year’s SIPA-affiliated finalists are Andrew  Bariahtaris MIA ’19 (ISP), Stephen Denoms MIA ’19 (ISP), Clayton Dixon MIA ’19 (ISP), Kirsten Holland MPA ’19 (E&E), Julia Koppman Norton MPA-ESP ’19, Casey Luskin MIA ’19 (ISP), Tyler Quillico MPA-DP ’19, and Katy Swartz MPA ’19 (EPD).

As in past years SIPA excelled in the assessment process; our students and alumni represent two-thirds of the 12 PMF Finalists selected from Columbia University. The prestigious management program received 4,045 applications overall, and ultimately chose 351 Finalists — approximately 8.7 percent of applicants. All told, the 2019 selectees represent 56 different disciplines and 113 academic institutions worldwide; 12 percent are veterans.
