Since 2009, the USINDO Edward E. Masters Fellowship Program has funded the education and managed the placement of select officials from Indonesian Ministries at leading schools in the United States. The current application cycle is only open to officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Masters Fellows are nominated by their Ministry and must meet the requirements of the Masters Fellows Program, with exacting standards applied by USINDO and other committee members during the selection process.

TGF, founded in 1963, is a nonprofit founded on American fly fishing traditions that promotes stream and river protection and self-sustainable salmonid populations through conservation, environmental oversight, activism, catch-and-release practices and education. The Environmental Consortium of Colleges & Universities was established in 2004 to advance understanding of the cultural, social, political, economic and natural factors affecting the region. $3500 is awarded annually, based on merit, and the application deadline is generally April. The Episcopal Church Foundation has awarded three to four Fellowships per year. Awards range up to $15,000 and Fellows may apply to renew grants for up to three years (renewal grants are capped at $10,000). The application process is open to both lay and ordained members of the Episcopal Church or any member church of the Anglican Communion. The intention of the Fellowship is to foster research and ministry that will strenthen leadership in the Church. Applications will become available in November and due in mid-March.

The Federal Employee Education and Assistance Fund has provided more than $14 million in scholarships to more than 10,000 students since 1986.
