Suzanne Hollmann is the Senior Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs and an Adjunct Lecturer at Columbia SIPA, where she leads the development and oversight of the school’s Capstone Program. Under her leadership, SIPA’s Capstone Workshops connect graduate students with organizations across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to address complex global policy challenges through applied consulting projects.

With more than 20 years of experience in education, program development, and organizational leadership, Suzanne has built global partnerships spanning international organizations, governments, NGOs, and the private sector. She also serves as a faculty advisor for projects focused on youth engagement, humanitarian response, and international development, including collaborations with organizations such as UNICEF and Mercy Corps.

Prior to joining Columbia University, Suzanne worked in teacher training and development in Ghana, West Africa, and began her career in education as a Teach For America corps member in Houston, Texas. She holds a Master of Arts in Education and International Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, with a focus on education in post-conflict settings, and a BA in Sociology and Comparative Literature from Bard College.
