Focus Areas: Sustainable Development, Energy and Natural Resource Management

For the past 20 years, Rhiannon Gulick has worked in international development, where she has provided support across the program cycle, from proposal development, to technical assistance, to monitoring and evaluation. Currently, she serves as the Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID/Integrated Natural Resource Management Activity (INRM), where she oversees portfolios of work relating to climate change, land and resource governance, and women’s economic empowerment. Prior to this, Rhiannon was part of the Climate, Land and Natural Resources team at DAI, a large international development contractor. In this role, she supported projects and proposals relating to climate change and clean energy, on topics including urban energy security in Vietnam, alternatives to charcoal in Zambia, and climate adaptation and energy efficiency in the West Bank. She is an alumna of Columbia Climate School’s Sustainability Management program.
