For the past 25 years Ingrid Dyott has worked at Neuberger Berman, a leading employee-owned investment management company where she served as managing director and portfolio manager of Neuberger Berman’s Sustainable Equity fund and franchise providing strategic enterprise, investment and client leadership. Her career was built on my passion for integrating environmental and social impact considerations into a fundamental investment process.  She championed sustainability internally and externally promoting ESG best practices and encouraging sustainability as a driver of long-term performance.

Externally she takes pride in serving on boards, most notably her long-term commitment to Arbor Rising a leading organization funding and supporting social entrepreneurs addressing the root cause of poverty.  She has shared her experience on top tier media, presenting at conferences, participating in research and market perspectives and now seeks to share my passion through engagement in academia and philanthropic efforts.
