Hayeon Jeong

Hayeon is a fifth-year PhD student in the Sustainable Development Ph.D. program. She is interested in how people include climate change into their objective function. Her research interest includes energy, resource management, and discounting.

She holds a Master's in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to joining Columbia University, Hayeon worked as a researcher in the Environmental Economics division for Korea Environment Institute.
