Fanyu Wang

Fanyu Wang is a second-year PhD student in Sustainable Development. Her research interests lie in climate change economics and policy with a focus on adaptive responses of households, firms, and governments to the climate shift.

Fanyu graduated in Mathematical Economics and Public Administration from Xiamen University and holds a master’s degree in Environmental Policy from Duke University. Before joining Columbia, she worked as a research assistant at the China center of the Energy Policy Institute of the University of Chicago.
