Emilio Leguizamo Londono

Emilio (he/him; they/them) is a third-year PhD student with interests in environmental economics and development. His research focuses on how environmental changes affect poverty and inequality, and how populations respond to these changes. He is particularly interested in the ways migration, technology, and institutions shape such responses.

Emilio previously worked at the Inter-American Development Bank. He holds both a master's and a bachelor's degree in economics from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia.
