Focus Areas: Legal issues in investment management

Elizabeth has spent 25+ years practicing as an attorney in the investment management field.  She regularly advises Boards of Trustees and provides counsel regarding fiduciary duties for mutual funds and investment advisers.  She currently serves as Of Counsel for over 8 years at the law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.  Previously she served as in-house counsel in a retirement plan services division of an insurance company and prior to that as counsel to a socially responsible investment fund.
