Christine Capilouto

Christine Capilouto is a lawyer and government adviser who specializes in international public interest work, including but not limited to, extractives and the environment, energy infrastructure, international taxation, development and human rights. She has in-depth experience advising on the development of natural resources in emerging nations, where she represents government ministries and state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in negotiations of multi-million dollar petroleum and mining agreements, cross-border oil and gas transit pipelines (including advising Afghanistan on TAPI, the multibillion-dollar Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline transaction), and other infrastructure projects. She is a lawyer at Radon Law Offices and a lecturer at the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) at Columbia University. Capilouto has a MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth (2010), a LLM in European Law and Economic Analysis from the College of Europe, Belgium (2005), and a License of Law from the University of Panthéon-Assas Paris 2, France (2003). She was admitted to the bar in Paris, France.
