Ana Krstanovic is a MPA candidate concentrating in Economic and Political Development. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Film Studies from the University of Waterloo. Prior to SIPA, Ana has worked in both the private and public sectors in Canada. Ana spent almost four years in Canadian government, most notably as Outreach Advisor for Prime Minister Trudeau’s research bureau and Advisor at the Chief Government Whip’s office. She also worked for two years as senior consultant for a public affairs and relations company. She has a passion for civic engagement, migration, economic growth, and cooperation in the Americas. Ana was born in former Yugoslavia and grew up in Peru. In her free time, she enjoys travelling and learning from other cultures, which led her to learn 5 languages.
