SIPA's 43rd Annual Washington, DC Career Conference

The Office of Career Services (OCS) cordially invites you to SIPA’s 43rd Annual Washington, DC Career Conference. The Conference will introduce current students to Washington, DC and inform them of employment opportunities in the area through the participation of SIPA alumni and other professionals based in DC. The Conference is a four-day event consisting of 20 career panels, various employer site visits, an alumni/student networking reception, and informational interviews. **NEW** Digital Design and Disruption Workshop with Deloitte - Join Deloitte for an immersive experience where students will learn about transformational technologies and approaches and how they are impacting public sector organizations. Space is very limited, and registration is required. All conference attendees will be required to attend a mandatory orientation. The dates are as follows: November 19 from 1-2pm, November 28 from 1-2pm, and December 6 from 5-6pm. After attending an orientation, students will be granted access to a shared Google drive with pertinent conference details. Students are responsible for their own accommodations and travel. You should make arrangements that are most convenient for you; some students stay with friends or family, while others book a hotel. Additionally, OCS negotiates discounted group rates at hotels in Washington, DC on behalf of the Conference participants.
