MEET OUR ALUMNI - PERTSHOUHI TOROSYAN
Pertshuhi Torosyan is currently working at the New York Federal Reserve's Markets group within the International Markets directorate, where she is a Senior G10 FX markets analyst and trader. She is a proud member of the MPA-EPM, Class of 2015.
Recently she was on detail to the United States Treasury Office of Europe and Eurasia as an Euro Area Economist. Pertshuhi joined the Fed as a Middle East analyst at the Global Economic Analysis group in 2016.
Prior to that Pertshuhi spent five years in the asset management industry where she managed the launch of a number of international funds and consulted senior management on operational strategy. During the financial crisis she was part of a team in the Russian office of the World Bank that stress tested the International Finance Corporation's bank portfolio in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia region.
In addition to her degree from SIPA Pertshuhi holds a master degree in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis International Business School and an undergraduate degree in Economics and International Affairs from the University of Iowa. She was born and raised in Armenia.
