Katie Shepherd

Katie Shepherd is a podcast producer and writer and will be leading a course called The Fundamentals of Podcast Interviews. The class is designed to give students experience in podcast interviews and production. Katie has produced podcasts for Decoder Ring, Slate Studios, Gimlet Creative, Stitcher, and Infinite Potential Media/Cadence 13. She has also been a visiting professor at The Salt Institute for Documentary Studies at Maine College of Art. Her writing has been featured in The Believer, The New York Times Modern Love, Literary Hub, Ploughshares, The Rumpus, and BUST. She currently is the producer of Decoder Ring.
