Clara Li (she/her/hers) is an MIA student concentrating in Energy and Environment and dual specializing in Data Analytics & Quantitative Analysis and Technology, Media, and Communications. Born and raised in Maryland, she received her B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and has had the opportunity to engage with different levels of the policymaking process while working in Sydney, Ottawa, and Tel Aviv. At SIPA, she is exploring her interests in the intersection of energy and cybersecurity, specifically how these policy issues impact the formulation of a country’s national security agenda and securing equitable access to resources. Clara is an active board member in the Columbia Energy Association (CEA), organizing alumni engagement and skills building events for students as well as managing the finances.
