For federal employees navigating career changes, Columbia SIPA offers a strategic path forward with our special application deadline extension.

In recognition of the exceptional upheaval in the job market for policy and development sector professionals, we've extended our application deadline to April 15, 2025 for current and former federal employees. This is your opportunity to get your master's degree and start this fall while immersing yourself in the energy of New York City.

Our STEM-designated MPA and globally-immersive MIA degree programs will prepare you to navigate an uncertain future while expanding your skill set with transferable skills. Position yourself to pivot to new career opportunities across public, nonprofit, and private sectors.

Applications will be considered on a space-available basis and reviewed as they are received, so we encourage you to apply soon.
