B.A., Mary Washington College; M.A., George Washington. Professor Bradley is Deputy Director of Georgetown University Law Center's Institute of International Economic Law. Prior to coming to Georgetown Law, Professor Bradley served in the Executive Office of the President of the United States for more than twenty years, primarily in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR). While at USTR, she was the lead U.S. negotiator on the agreement that created the World Trade Organization (WTO) dispute settlement procedures, and she headed the USTR office responsible for WTO litigation. She held various positions within USTR, including Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for Monitoring and Enforcement, Deputy General Counsel, and Legal Advisor to the USTR delegation in Geneva.
