Seminar on Modern Europe The Seminar on Modern Europe is a monthly faculty colloquium to discuss new books. We approach Europe from diverse perspectives, complementing nation-oriented studies while placing Europe in transatlantic, multi-national, and global contexts. Emphasizing interdisciplinary dialogue, the seminar provides a venue for sustained discussion with colleagues and thus contributes to the enrichment of our intellectual community.
