Alumni Relations Chair: Lila Wade

Lila is studying economic and political development with a specialization in policy analysis.  While at SIPA, she has interned with UNICEF and in the Executive Secretariat at the U.S. Department of State, as well as conducted an evaluation of education programming in the Dominican Republic on a student-led project.  As a Thomas R. Pickering Graduate Foreign Affairs fellow, she will join the U.S. Foreign Service after graduating to work as a diplomat overseas.  In this capacity, she hopes to engage with international organizations, including the UN, to advance bilateral and multilateral development policy.  Aside from the professional aspirations, Lila also enjoys distance running, cooking, and reading.
