Welcome
to The Canadian Club
at the School of International and Public
Affairs at Columbia University in New York. Our group was founded with the
aim of providing students with the opportunity to network and socialise with
other Canadians at SIPA as well as the Columbia University Community in
general.
The mission of The Canadian Club at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs:
- Stimulate interest and promote social, political, legal, and economic understanding of Canadian issues in both domestic and international contexts
- Serve as a forum to discuss public policy, business, and cultural issues of common interest to Canadians and the Columbia University community
- Provide information on recent developments in Canada direct from political, business, and cultural leaders
- Organize networking opportunities for members to meet other business contacts with an interest in Canada, and provide access to Canadian cultural events and social activities open to all
