SIPA Women in Leadership (SIPA WIL)
SIPA Women In Leadership (SIPA WIL) is an organization at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), consisting of Columbia students, alumni, administrators, friends, and mentors. SIPA WIL’s goal is to build a lifelong resource center that provides professional and personal development tools to aspiring and existing women leaders. To advance this mission, the organization strives to empower its members by furthering skills, connecting with a vast and extensive network, and providing mentorship.
