SIPA Human Resources
Welcome to the SIPA Human Resources Web site. The human resources operation at Columbia University is managed by a central office. Local HR offices within the different schools manage local HR issues.
The central HR office provides easy access to information about Columbia jobs, benefits, policies, learning opportunities, human resource services and more.
