Marketing Yourself for the Job Search and on the Job: Identifying and Building Your Personal Brand


Do you know your Personal Brand? Have you assessed how others experience your Personal Brand?

This webinar will help you understand how to define, identify, and measure your brand. The program will help you to ensure that you consistently market your personal brand throughout your career.

Shawntee Reed is the Manager of Diversity and Inclusion Programs at Sears Holdings Corporation.  In her role, Ms. Reed manages workplace and marketplace strategic program initiatives and provides overall direction for the company Associate Resource Groups. In addition, she facilitates external diverse recruitment efforts and internal initiatives to develop female and diverse talent through education and development programs. 

Prior to joining Sears Holdings in 2009, Ms. Reed was Vice President for JPMorgan Chase Corporate Talent Acquisition, headquartered in New York, NY. In this position, she led recruitment efforts for mid to entry-level talent. Also, she was responsible for strategic relationships with diverse external programs company-wide.

With more than ten years of transformational leadership experience, she began her career as an operations manager and then moved into project management and human resources. She has held senior level corporate talent acquisition, program management and diversity positions in both financial services and retail.
