VC is only for the SIPA Community.
Please check with the remote site tha they can connect to a Polycom VC unit. This is a point-to-point VC system.
All Video Conference requests require a one week notice and the users are responsible for arranging access to the Dean's Conference room. VC is available for limited hours only.
VC are supported from Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm only.
All VC require an account number for billing.
