  • IP-based VC is available only for the SIPA Community.
  • Please check with the remote site tha they can connect to a Polycom VC unit. This is a point-to-point VC system.
  • All Video Conference requests require a one week notice and the users are responsible for arranging access to room with the registrar before submitting this request.
  • VC are supported from Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm only.
  • All VC require an account number for billing.
