407 SIPA Smart Cart 503
407 SIPA is a lecture room with seating for 64 students and can handle most multimedia applications. The instructor's equipment is enclosed in a stationery wood cabinet. The projector is mounted on the cart itself. Video is displayed on a screen at the front of the room.
Description of Equipment
SIPA has developed a new, easy-to-use electronic podium, Smart Cart 503 that provides convenient control over all the computing and audio-visual capabilities in an electronic classroom. Combined with high-quality projection and audio equipment, the Smart Cart 503 makes it easy for faculty to display DVD, VCR or audio CD material, PowerPoint presentations, Web pages, and audio/video streaming media, using either the built-in computer or the faculty member's laptop computer.
