How to Apply

Applicants from the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Energy who apply to ESP or PEPM (respectively) are automatically considered for a Luksic Fellowship. There isn’t a separate Fellowship application process.


For students from the Ministry of Environment applying to the ESP Program, please note the deadlines below:

  • Regular Decision: January 15, 2013
  • Final Application Deadline: February 15, 2013

Jorge Paulo Lemann

Mr. Luksic is also the founder and President of two nonprofit foundations; Fundación Educacional Oportunidad which is devoted to improving early childhood education in Chile, and the Fundación Amparo y Justicia which provides legal support to victims of sexual abuse.

Mr. Luksic was educated in Chile at the Grange School prior to attending the Dublin Preparatory School and Babson College in the United States.
