Tatiana Angela-Cabral Schnurr

Tatiana Angela-Cabral Schnurr is a dual-degree candidate at Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs and the Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil. She is originally from New York City but lived in Rio de Janeiro, Chicago, and Boston as a child. She received her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in theatre and founded the university’s Latin Arts Alliance. After graduating, she used her passion for art and communication to contribute to her community. More recently, Tatiana has worked in business development in the software industry as a liaison to Brazilian markets. Tatiana plans to broaden her understanding of the Brazilian marketplace and return to a corporate environment, where she can help companies break into, or expand, their presence in Brazil.

Jorge Paulo Lemann

Jorge Paulo Lemann co-founded the investment banking firm Banco Garantia and helped grow it into one of Brazil’s most prestigious and innovative investment banks. Lemann and his partners then purchased a Brazilian brewery that became InBev, one of the world’s largest beverage producers.
