Albertina Neves de Oliveira Ms. Albertina Neves de Oliveira, Mentor, works on the Civil Society Capacity Building Project in East Timor. She is responsible for logistical coordination and field operations. She previously worked for the PIO (Public Information Office) of the United Nations Assistance Mission in East Timor (UNAMET) and subsequently for Radio UNTAET (United Nations Transitional Administration in East Timor). Ms. Neves also worked briefly for the World Bank’s Community Empowerment Project (CEP). She currently is writing her thesis on socio-linguistics at the Universidade Nacional Timor Leste, after studying at the Catholic University of Widya Mandala, Surabaya. |
