Wissam Nasr

Wissam Nasr is a student at the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences Liberal Studies Master's of Arts program. He will obtain his M.A. in Human Rights Studies with a concentration in International Conflict Management in 2007. Wissam is also a program associate at Columbia's Center for Conflict Resolution. Prior to attending Columbia, Wissam led the New York office of a national Muslim civil rights and advocacy group. Other past experiences in the fields of education, human rights, media, and diplomacy have led to his interdisciplinary approach to conflict resolution. Wissam was born in Egypt and raised in New York City.
