Craig Halbmaier
Program Associate
Craig Halbmaier is currently the Program Assistant for the Center for
International Conflict Resolution and a candidate for Master of International
Affairs 2007. He is concentrating on international security policy with
specific regard to conflict resolution and sub-Saharan Africa.
Before Columbia, Craig lived for two years in Semuto,
Uganda as a Peace Corps Volunteer working as a teacher-trainer and
a community
organizer. He holds a Bachelor of Science
degree with Honors from Cornell University.
