Lourenco Adelaide Lourenco Adelaide, From Baucau east Timor, born in August 20,1970. Adelaide graduated in 2003 from East Timor University in Dili, with a focus on since of education. Currently works with BELUN, a national East Timorese organization supported by ACDI/VOCA, Care International and Columbia University’s Center for International Conflict Resolution. Adelaide has responsibility for Region Coordination-Ponta Leste. Adelaide started working with CARE International in Timor Leste, Capacity Building -Water and Sanitation project (WatSan) coordinator Project from 2001-2004, Field staff monitoring on the Food for Work (FFW) Project in East Timor from 1999-2001. |
