Rosemary Max. Teachers College, Columbia University
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Rosemary Max is interested in higher education reform in Africa, and has worked in the field of international education since 2002. In 2007, she served as Director at the International Students, Scholar & Immigration Services at the University of Georgia. Prior to that, she was Assistant Director in the International Students and Scholars Office at Michigan State University.
Ms. Max worked with the United Nations for 8 years in Geneva and New York.

Ms. Max is currently pursuing her doctorate in international education at Teachers College, Columbia University. Her dissertation focuses on Senegal.
