Nadine B. Hack, beCause Global Consulting
Nadine Hack is President and CEO of beCause Global Consulting and has been involved in Africa for more than three decades. Through her alternative consulting agency, beCause Global Consulting, Ms. Hack links corporations, foundations and individuals to identify, analyze, and develop cutting-edge ideas, and then transform them into a realizable plan for social good. She has organized public and private fora for key African leaders including Presidents Nelson Mandela, Olusegun Obasanjo, Abdoulaye Wade, John Agyekum Kufuor, Yoweri Museveni, Sam Njomo, Kenneth Kaunda, Joaquim Chissano, as well as other leaders like Albertina and Walter Sisulu, Desmond Tutu and Graça Machel.
Ms. Hack has organized innumerable meetings for, provided strategic support to, and conducted extensive fundraising on behalf of numerous African-based initiatives including the Africa Fund, TransAfrica, Shared Interest, South Africa Partners, International Aid and Defense Fund, Bishop Tutu Scholarship Fund, Nelson Mandela Freedom Fund, SAFE and ANSA, among many others. During these same years, Ms. Hack also spoke at or moderated panels on issues affecting Africa, including for the New York Bar Association Committee on African Affairs and at a Net Impact conference at Columbia University Business School.
