Participants are expected to make their own travel arrangements from their countries to New York City and from Washington, D.C., back to their countries. SIPA and WBI will assist confirmed participants by providing required information to U.S. consular offices abroad to facilitate visa applications, but such applications remain the responsibility of individual participants. The program will facilitate hotel bookings for a limited number of participants needing such services.
