Gina Rodolico

Biography:

Gina Rodolico was a founding team member of the US non-profit E+Co, an international sustainable investment company, whose mission is to support clean energy enterprises that deliver reliable, affordable energy in Africa, Asia and Latin America.  With 20 years of experience and offices in 8 locations, E+Co's innovative business model provides lasting solutions to climate change and poverty.  As the architect of E+Co’s Monitoring & Evaluation Program in 2002, Ms. Rodolico pioneered the tracking and analysis across a menu of 30+ Triple Bottom Line Indicators that allows E+Co to document the financial, social and environmental impacts of its energy investee companies.   Since 1992, Ms. Rodolico held numerous positions with E+Co; she advanced to the Director of Information and Communication and in 2008 became E+Co’s Chief Operating Officer.  In July 2011, she became Innovations Director to assist E+Co in scaling its business development services.

In the Fall of 2011, she began as an adjunct professor of the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.  In May 2012, Ms. Rodolico is building on her 20 years’ experience working with entrepreneurs to start a new company, EmbarkEnergy.  Embark is launching an on-line platform to provide entrepreneurs with: access to learning resources and information; and, mentors to facilitate linkages to product suppliers and finance partners.  She manages project operations and impact monitoring for Embark.

Ms. Rodolico holds an MS and an MA from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a Certificate of Finance from New York University.
