Biography:
Randy Goodman is a senior partner in the law firm of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP and Adjunct Professor of Public Affairs at Columbia University. He advises leading universities (including more than one-half of the top 25 universities listed in U.S. News & World Report), foundations, medical centers, charities, major for-profit companies, and other institutions throughout the country and abroad. His principal areas of representation include non-profit organizations, governance and fiduciary responsibilities, retirement and health law, taxation, business transactions, and executive compensation. Mr. Goodman is frequently called upon to represent clients in issues affecting their most significant organizational concerns as well as providing regular day-to-day counseling.
